The first column has the first half letter in normal order, the second column the second part of the letter backwards. Every cell consists of a sentence. The cells of rows 5 and 6 do not match. The others more or less do.
Theforeigner on ZKF-Forum noticed another rondo that corresponds to the structure of the letter :
"If it was Zodiac who wrote the Cheri Jo Bates "The Confession" letter (which I belive it was), which was typed and Z´s first letter, posted in southern california, maybe Zodiac concidered the "I Am In Control of All Things" his very last letter, ment to close his Zodiac "era", and he wanted that last letter to be typed, and sent from southern California, just like the first letter?"
It is not clear wether this is a genuine Zodiac letter, a forgery or a hoax. The letter is referenced in Robert Graybook's 2002 book Zodiac Unmasked.
"I am in control of all things" is referring to the 'APRIL 1978 I am back with you'-letter, where someone wrote " I am now in control of all things".
"I am the ZODIAC" is a derivation of "This is the Zodiac speaking", a phrase used in earlier letters.
